- Business workspace information, including products, customers, suppliers, staff, transactions and operational records entered into Zentro.
- Technical and usage information needed to operate, secure and improve the service, such as device, browser, log and diagnostic information.
How we use information
We use information to provide and maintain Zentro, authenticate users, support business workflows, respond to requests and improve the reliability and usefulness of the service.

Business data and responsibility
Organizations using Zentro control the business information they place in their workspace. The organization is responsible for ensuring it has a lawful basis to collect and use personal information about its customers, employees and other contacts.
Zentro processes workspace information to provide the service according to the organization’s instructions and applicable agreements.
How information may be shared
We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with trusted service providers that help us host, secure, support or operate Zentro, subject to appropriate obligations.
- When requested or authorized by the relevant organization or user.
- When reasonably necessary to protect Zentro, our users or others.
- When required by applicable law, legal process or a competent authority.
- In connection with a business reorganization, subject to appropriate protections.
Security and data isolation
Zentro uses administrative, technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, alteration or disclosure. Access controls and business scoping are designed to keep each organization’s workspace separated.
No system can guarantee absolute security. Customers should use strong credentials, protect access devices and promptly report suspected account misuse.
Retention and deletion
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain legitimate business records, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. Retention periods may vary by the type of information and the customer relationship.
Authorized customers may contact us about workspace export, correction or deletion. Some records may be retained where required by law or necessary for legitimate security and accounting purposes.
Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law and your relationship with Zentro, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of certain personal information. If your information belongs to a Zentro customer’s workspace, contact that organization first because it controls the workspace.
You may also contact us directly, and we will respond or direct the request to the appropriate organization.

Our website and application may use essential storage and similar technologies to remember preferences, maintain sessions, support security and understand service performance. We will provide additional choices where required by applicable law.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as Zentro, applicable law or our data practices develop. Material updates will be communicated through an appropriate channel and the effective date will be revised.
